OVER 6000 EURO RAISED FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS
The Mayo North Old
Engine and Tractor Club recently raised 6100 euro in aid of people with cystic
fibrosis, during a 30 mile vintage tractor run around North Mayo. The cheque was received by Martin Cahill,
Fund Raising Manager of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, and presented by Maureen Ryan,
the main organiser of the event.
He said that Ireland has the highest incidence of this disease in the world, yet facilities for treatment lag far behind that of other countries.

money raised will be spent in one or more of the following ways:
